Justine is admitted as a lawyer in the Supreme Court of Queensland and the High Court of Australia. Justine has worked exclusively as a family lawyer since 2013.

Justine has a passion for helping people separate without drama and established FairShare Solutions to make property settlement easy and affordable for everyone. Prior to this, Justine operated a traditional legal practice, Samford Family Law, for many years.

Justine is listed in the Register of Solicitors maintained by the Queensland Law Society.

Our service is ideal for people who are separating amicably and have reached an agreement about how to split their assets, but just need some help to formalise that agreement in a legally binding way.

What we do

• We ask you what you and your ex-partner have agreed to.
• We turn that agreement into legally binding documents, be they Consent Orders or a Binding Financial Agreement.
• We implement your superannuation split and property transfer.

What we don’t do

• We don’t try to change your mind to get a better deal.
• We don’t write angry lawyer’s letters.
• We don’t escalate or inflame conflict.
• We don’t go to court for contested orders.
