Consent Orders $980
We will write Family Court Orders for your property settlement based on the information you provide to us about your agreed property split, including:
- We will write the Application for Consent Orders;
- We will write the proposed Consent Orders for the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia or the Minute of Consent Orders for the Family Court of Western Australia; and
- We will write any required supporting documents, such as an Affidavit for a de facto relationship in Western Australia.
Court Filing $380
Add in this option if you would like us to file the Consent Order documents with the Court on your behalf. We will:
- File the signed Consent Order documents and any supporting documents in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia or Family Court of Western Australia depending on your jurisdiction;
- Pay the Court Filing Fee;
- Monitor the Court Portal; and
- Email the sealed Orders to you and your ex-partner once they have been approved by the Court.
Binding Financial Agreement $1,680
We will:
- Write your binding financial agreement incorporating the agreed terms of property settlement;
- Provide you with our written independent legal advice before you sign the binding financial agreement about the effect of the agreement on your rights and about the advantages and disadvantages to you of making the agreement;
- Provide you with our signed statement of independent legal advice; and
- Coordinate signing of the binding financial agreement.
Please note: Your spouse/ex-spouse will need to obtain their own signed statement of independent legal advice before signing the agreement.
Super Split $480
Add in this option to split your or your ex-partner’s superannuation in your Family Court Orders or Binding Financial Agreement. We will:
- Coordinate a valuation of the superannuation account to be split (accumulation account or self-managed superannuation fund only);
- Obtain the superannuation trustee’s pre-approval of the BFA splitting clauses or Orders as required by the Court;
- Provide the signed Regulation 72 Notice to the superannuation fund; and
- Serve a certified copy of the BFA or Court-approved Orders on the superannuation trustee for their completion of the superannuation split.
Property Transfer $1,580
Add in this option if you would like us to be your conveyancer and transfer a property with your Consent Order or Binding Financial Agreement package. We will:
- Conduct a title search;
- Write Court Orders or BFA clauses that authorise the property transfer, refinance and discharge of any mortgage and any cash payout to be made at settlement;
- Obtain your stamp duty exemption;
- Prepare the Transfer documents;
- Liaise with the incoming and outgoing mortgagee banks;
- Coordinate settlement via PEXA.

Parenting Plan $280
Add in this option if you would like to include a Parenting Plan. We will:
- Write your Parenting Plan setting out the agreed care arrangements for your children; and
- Email you the PDF and Word versions of your Parenting Plan.
